Project GO4Talent: we want to 'go for it' so that each youngster can fully engage his talents when entering the labour market.

Main goal With this project we aim to achieve a better transfer of school-leavers to the labour market by closing the talentgab between education and labour market.
Subgoal
  • a better choice of studies by teaching youngsters how to recognise their talents
  • develop a methodology that supports both school management team and teachers in their search for students' strengths, that stimulates and guides at the same time
  • youngsters who enter the labour market better grounded in knowing their talents and being able to express them
Content GO4Talent wants to offer a complete methodology in order to warm up education to a talent-oriented approach of each individual, focussing on one's own potential. Young employees on the labour market becoming conscient of and being able to grasp and deal with their own talents is seen as an important part of a good strategy for the future, not only by companies from within the interim sector but also by the labour market. The education sector and the labour market need to take their responsibility in the way to maintaining and consolidating the competition position on the economic global scale and in the way to making people happier in their professional activities.
